To upgrade your instrument with a new firmware flash you must use the Biosystems Flash Upload
utility software.
The Cannonball3 requires the use of IrDA communication to
upload the firmware flash
|
Note: If OTP version 1.00 is used with a flash version
3.89 (or greater), during subsequent flash upgrades (to
versions above 3.89) it will be necessary to
|

Remove the battery from the Cannonball3.
-
Click "Start" and "OK" in the Flash Upload Utility
program.

Push the battery back in and continue with
the upgrade.
|
This is not an issue the first time the instrument is
upgraded to flash 3.89 or with OTP version 1.11.
