To upgrade your instrument with a new firmware flash you must use the Flash Upload
utility software.
The PhD Lite requires the use of IrDA communication to upload
the firmware flash.
Notes: This firmware version is designed for newer PhD Lite with 4mb memory chip.
If your PhD Lite displays OTP version 1.10 during startup or if the
current firm ware version of you PhD Lite is version 1.29 or greater you
do have a newer PhD Lite with a 4mb memory chip.
